Ran my FR-S at Thunderhill for my first track day this weekend. Wow! What can I say, such a thrill ride and without a doubt my favorite experience in the car after 2.5 yrs of ownership.

Car is made to be out on the track, never was that more apparent than this past weekend. Pulls hard(er) with the header/exhaust setup and carries speed really well. On a basically stock suspension I had no problem carving the track up (I do have 245 tires).

I'll do a longer writeup once I edit the GoPro and dashcam footage. Terrible iPhone video for now...

Yep, 17x9 Grid-V (TE37 replicas). 2" wider than stock, and a tiny bit lighter.

Have you done anything to the brakes? How do they hold up to a track day?

Stock so far.

I drove about 175 miles on the track plus 350 to and from the track. Brakes definitely faded during the day, however they recovered nicely. I think new brake pads and fluids might be needed soon. Definitely if I were to do another track day
